The rooms had lots of outlets.
The front desk staff was exceptionally rude to me and expressed ignorance and lack of skill as customer service professionals. I was made to feel completely uncomfortable and left the hotel a night early in response to their treatment of me.

The breakfast selections were a feast fit for a king-so many tasty options! Plus, the nearby Muddy's Bake Shop had some of the best pastries I've ever tried! It really adds to the vibrant food scene here.
Check-in was a bit rough. The staff seemed a tad distracted. Not to mention, there were some maintenance issues that left me scratching my head. Still, the charm of Memphis shines through!

Bathroom barn door design lacks privacy!!! Room maintenance issues should be addressed to prevent guests from moving rooms!!! Cleanliness needs improvement, towels shouldn't be left from previous guests!!!
